"I wanted to say thank you very much for helping Puy and I get her a fiance visa so we can be together in America...."

Dear Brian,
I wanted to say thank you very much for helping Puy and I get her a fiance visa so we can be together in America. We were very disappointed when she didn't get her visa on the day of her interview, but felt a lot better after you reassured her that everything was ok, and it was going to take a little longer. Now after all of our waiting the embassy has called her and said she can pick her visa up. We are very excited about our future, and thankful to you for all of your help. There is no way we could have figured out the paperwork on our own, and we are very great full.

There is just one favor I would like to ask. I purchased a plane ticket for Puy, but I was worried about getting to her in the mail because she live in rural part of Korat. I'm sorry I didn't ask before sending it, but I sent the ticket to your office by way of FedEx hoping that Puy could pick it up there. I hope this doesn't cause any inconvenience, but I wasn't sure how to get a ticket to her another way. I ordered the ticket to be sent today (11/19) so I assume it will arrive about 11/21 or 11/22.

Thanks for everything,
Christ T.

"Brian, you gave us a piece of mind that was had someone who representing us in the visa process...."

Dear Brian,
I want to thank you for your help and assistance regarding the visa processing for my wife and two sons. Your experience and knowledge about the visa process helped us obtain the visas in the shortest amount of time and saved us several thousand dollars traveling back and forth from US to Thailand. Besides saving us money and reducing the amount of time it would have taken us without your assistance, you gave us a piece of mind that was had someone who representing us in the visa process.

I will never forget calling you from Afghanistan to inquire where was in the visa application process, and to my surprise finding out you already completed everything and the visa was going to be issued within a couple of days. What a great feeling that was for my wife and I.

You exceeded all our expectations and provided great service with translating documents, assisting with photographs, medical exams, and transportation to the interview.

I want to wish you a Happy New Year and wish you all the best in 2005 and always.

Please keep in touch and I hope our paths cross again soon.

All the best,

P.S. Bill and Brian are doing very well and enjoying their new school and home.

"We shouldn't need most of the papers but you have taught me to be careful about these things. Thanks for everything you have done for us...."

Dear Brian,
Everything is going better than I expected. We came in through Newark, NJ as our entry point. The immigration officer was polite and explained a number of things to us and asked a few questions. He welcomed my wife and daughter to the US and we were off to Houston 30 minutes later. Bee and Aom are setting nicely. They were very nervous at first time in their new surroundings. My family has adopted them and they are becoming more acclimated to life in America each day. Bee met a girl from Thailand who lives close to us and they have become fast friends. Last weekend we went to local Thai Baptist Church and met a dozen more. Aom is in school and learning English quickly. I don't think we would be in this position had we not received your help. We had no idea of the scope of the effort needed in the beginning. Their I-130's have been approved and I am in the processing of filing for Change of Status. Soon They will have their immigration stamps and green cards. Thanks for all your help.

We shouldn't need most of the papers but you have taught me to be careful about these things. Thanks for everything you have done for us. You can use this as a short reference to others seeking help with visas. Good Luck to you.

The entire staff and Brian make you feel completely at home. Anyone who is reading this letter please feel free to contact me.

"Brian, I have been remiss in sending you a note of thanks for all the assistance in acquiring the visa for my wife...."

Aloha Brian,
I have been remiss in sending you a note of thanks for all the assistance in acquiring the visa for my wife. I went back the following day and picked up the visa & a large envelope which says only to be opened by us immigration (of course I want to open but will wait). Your professional guidance throughout the process made a somewhat intolerable process tolerable. I know you have helped many people embark on new chapters in their life and you should be very glad to know that you have so many happy clients.

I look forward to continuing our friendship,

Sincerely,
Brian Rhoades,
